The Magic of the West

The Magic of the West

The west. The very thought of its magical deserts, other worldly canyons, and towering mountains can give a grown man or woman goosebumps. It embodies the ideas of travel, progress, and adventure. I always imagine what it would have been like to have been one of the first pioneers and explorers wandering through those uncharted lands.

Imagine being a pioneer of the past and getting your first glimpse of the Grand Canyon, Moab, or the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Holy shit! Imagine the raw emotion after spending weeks, months, years of traveling through mediocre landscapes and then fixing your eyes on these wonders.

For thousands of years these lands have changed people's lives. Yesterday and today it gives new perspective and alternative visions of the way life ought to be lived. The magic of the west is alive and well. Go find it and experience it for yourself.

The road satisfies a longing deep in their soul that they don’t fully understand. Each new place quenches a thirst, but then leaves them hungry for the next.
