About GNB
Our Belief
You exist for a purpose. There is only one you. Something inside you is calling you into a higher and deeper way of living. Following that call will lead you into the greatest adventure of your life. Rejecting that call will lead you into a life of regret.
You have decisions to make every day. You can settle for the easy, comfortable path wasting the potential stored up within you and find yourself living an unfulfilled life of regret. This is the path most people walk.
Or you can walk the other path. The one of self-mastery. The one where you seek to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually into a higher, greater, and deeper version of yourself. The path where you use your unique personality, talents, abilities, life experiences and story to bring something unique into the world.
Both paths are hard because life is hard. In fact, it's gnarly. Full of ups and downs, good and bad, nasty and beautiful. But the Gnarly Nomad embraces all of it and keeps moving. Sometimes the steps are easy and you're able to run the trail of life. Other times it feels like you can't continue and it's more like a slow walk or even a crawl. But you keep taking the next step, listening to the still small voice calling within you to become the highest and greatest version of yourself. This is the path of the Gnarly Nomad.
You have one life to live. If you work it right, one is all you need. Wander mindfully.
Our Mission
Gnarly Nomad exists to inspire and challenge you to walk the hard path of mental, physical, and spiritual growth. To help people see and understand their life as a journey not only externally in everyday life, but also internally in their own mind. And to help people walk the trail of life in a way that develops their fullest potential.
We desire to inspire you to get outside in nature. To plan a long hike in a remarkable place. To go on an adventure that will challenge you and be difficult. To help you see the trail as a metaphor for life. But also, to unlock the primal peace that the natural world gives to the human mind. Because we know once it's experienced it's like salvation to the distracted and stimulation addicted mind.
